After experimenting with registration over the last few years, we have arrived at the easiest, most-accurate option, while enhancing participants' safety and understanding about the risks involved with any paddling trip or course.

You may complete and send all material on line. Or, if you prefer, you may download copies, complete the forms by hand and return them by postal mail. Please note that all participants must read and sign a waiver, those participating in guided trips or courses must also complete a medical information sheet, and all fees must be paid in full before participating in any event offered by The Haw River Canoe & Kayak Co.

We are careful to record all registrations. So if, by chance, you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please call to confirm your registration.

1. Register for your space (111K pdf).

2. Read and sign a waiver (93K pdf).

All documents are available in portable document format (pdf) can be read and completed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Dollar-A-Day for Conservation

All trips and courses offered by The Haw River Canoe & Kayak Co. are intended to raise public awareness to the need to protect our environment. We hope you will consider contributing one dollar per day to support the work of the Haw River Assembly, a local conservation group whose mission it is to protect the river, its tributaries and Jordan Lake. Simply add one dollar per day to The Haw River Canoe & Kayak Co. event fee; we will make sure that your contribution gets to the Haw River Assembly.
